New Honda Insight


Debuted at Paris motor show.
Honda's hybrid car "Insight" is totally renewed and will hit US market next spring, with affordable price less than $19,000.

Personally, I think hybrids are simply the slow intermediate step toward going entirely electric vehicle. At a minimum, I hope that we can see electric cars as the end-game, moving all transportation onto the electrical grid, and then making the electric grid as clean as possible. Small cars are easier to go electric. I feel like downsizing is another key for passenger vehicles. (e.g. Zen) I am very interested to see how they will be accepted in the US market.
